I made a committment to myself to do resistance training. So I have taken myself to our little local gym and the trainers there have done up a programme for me and I am on my way.
I have been twice so far and I love how my body feels when I lift weights. I can feel my muscles working and I can almost visualise the calories being burnt.
I am starting off gradually with two days a week and then after about three weeks I will increase that to three days a week.
The cardio isn't really happening for me at the moment and this is something I need to address.
