Well another week has gone and it is weigh in tomorrow. I have stuck to my points all week and have tracked every morsel I put into my mouth. Due to the fact that I lost so well last week I am expecting a modest loss this week but even 100gm will be worth it.
I can honestly say that Easter did not cause me to stumble at all this year. I had a small amount of chocolate (10g) and factored that into my daily points and that was that. The thing that will let me down will be the lack of exercise because I have been feeling sick. I have been struck down with the children's lurgy and I feel vile. My throat is sore, my glands are swollen and my ear aches so much. I saw the Dr today and have started a course of antibiotics so I should be feeling better soon.
I hate it that I always seem to get sick whenever I start a new health regime. Why is that? I wonder.
