I must admit that a part of me is a bit disappointed that I didn't crack 1kg this week. In my head I know that 0.8kg is a good loss but part of me is wondering what I could have lost if I had done more exercise.
So this is why, feeling marginally better, I got myself out there and went for a 35 minute walk. My glands are all swollen up again and I feel like crap but I am happy that I did it and I will do some more exercise tomorrow and so forth. I want the scales to be more than 0.8kgs lost next week.
