Fitness and Exercise

This week I have tried to exercise at least twice daily. I am slowly improving with my bike riding. Although on Friday I didn't do so well and had to stop a couple of times but I kept on going and made it to my goal.

We went bike riding with the children on Saturday and then Dougal and I went for a walk around the quarry. It was a lovely Autumn afternoon and very pleaseant to walk.
