Saturday
I have been feeling a bit tired today as I am struggling with a head cold. I have done no exercise today and I will see about tomorrow. I want to ride to Mt Piper again on Monday so I want to be fit to do that.
Disappointment
I was really disappointed to only lose 300g this week. After all the hard work I put it I fully expected to lose more.
I feel like I have hit my dreaded 10kg plateau.

Weigh In
It is weigh in tomorrow. I have been working really hard on my exercise and last week I lost 2.5kgs. I was so astonished I nearly fell over. I am really monitoring my calorie intake and expenditure to make sure I continue to lose weight. It will be interesting to see what I lose this week.
