I haven't written much about food in my blog and that is because I am going really well. As you know I am doing WW and I am on 24 points. I am having no problems keeping within this limit and am really enjoying the range and variety of food available to me.
Of course there are foods that I am choosing not to eat. Una made cupcakes the other day and they were delicious. I know because I had one - a whole 6 points worth but I made sure I remained within my points limit for the day and I chose to only have one.
It is my birthday on Tuesday and I am making a sponge cake to celebrate. I am also having a baked chicken dinner and a WW cheesecake for dessert. It will be pretty high in points but I am determined to keep within my limits for the day. I will have bonus points if I need to use them. Normally we would have chinese for dinner to celebrate a birthday but I don't want to blow my points out of the water. I am doing so well and I want to continue.
