The Gym

I haven't been to the gym for two weeks because of my sore ear but I went back today and I am glad I did. I did some weights and a bit of cardio but not too much as I was really tired. I had already been for a big walk this morning and I was a bit weary. I have started to run a little. It feels really weird and at the moment I can't go far before I feel like I am going to keel over. I am sure that if I persist it will get better. My goal is to be able to run for 30 minutes.

I have decided to take some personal training sessions. At the moment I can only afford to do this once a fortnight but it should be enough to keep me steered in the right direction. I want to make sure I am getting the most out of my exercise time.

This week I am going to do resistance training 3 times and keep up with the walking and running.
