Exercising with Children

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get any exercise today as the children are home from school. I decided that a walk down town would be just the thing and even better two walks down town. It was fantastic. We went down to the library first and had a good time borrowing books and then we went home for lunch and walked down again in the afternoon to watch the "Alice in Wonderland" movie. The children were really tired after all that exercise. I burned 669 calories which was great. Walking is fantastic and we will be doing that again.
