Today was really busy. It was shopping day and I thought I wasn't going to be able to do any exercise. I had morning tea out with a friend and chose the best thing on the menu to eat - raisin toast without butter or marg. It still cost me at the end of the day though - 225 cals. That is a lot.
I hate grocery shopping with a passion and it always seems to take me longer than I think. I didn't get home until 3pm - 15 minutes before the children. Eden was home so I jumped on my bike (flat tyre all fixed) and went for a ride. It was a good workout but because I was anxious about the time I went too fast and so I increased my fitness but didn't burn as many calories as I would have liked. I need to speak to my PT about this. I think as my fitness improves it is going to be a balancing act between fat burning and fitness.
I later went to the gym and it was time to increase my weights. I really felt it this week and my arms were killing me. I walked home afterward as I hate treadmills and would much prefer to be outdoors.
