Food

My food intake is going really well but I realised that on 25 WW points my lose would be minimal. As I am keen to get rid of my weight I have been saving my allowed 4 points per day as well as my exercise points. It will be interesting to see how much I lose this week.

I have been entering my food into Calorie King as well so I have a calorie count to take to my PT at the next session and he can see what my total calorie intake and expenditure is.

After talking to my WW Leader this Wednesday I have been trying to restrict my after dinner eating and have been boosting my meal points instead. Trying to eat 7 - 10 points after dinner and then going to bed was not changing any habits.
