Keeping Track

I want to keep track of how I am going so my personal trainer can assess my progress and make sure I am getting the most out of my workouts. I have set up two spreadsheets. One shows my exercise and includes my heartrate and calories burned and the other shows my calorie intake and the calorie deficit I am achieving with my exercise.

I am aiming for at least an hour of exercise every day but it has got to be the right sort of exercise.
