This week I lost another 1.5kgs so I am now 118.8kgs and have reached my 5% goal. I am really happy that I am going so well. I went for a walk down at the lake this morning and I was worried about the time so I really pushed it. I halved the time it usually takes. I also did about 3 lots of jogging. It was only for about a minute each time but I am getting there. I think the running will take me quite some time.
While I was walking, two stray dogs came bounding towards me. I was so scared. I have had a few bad experiences with dogs. Fortunately they were friendly and after saying hello they continued on their way. I think my heart pounding with fear probably burnt up a few extra kilojoules.
