Tomorrow

Weigh in tomorrow. As I lost 1.6kgs last week I am only expecting a small loss this week. I have done really well with my food and exercise so I am feeling positive about my progress.

I am going to the gym tomorrow morning for another weight training session which I really enjoy. I had hoped to get some more exercise in but I have to be home for a courier pickup in the afternoon.

The children are going to the gym tomorrow also. I have booked them in for a weekly session designed for children. I want them to be more active and to value the benefits of exercise.

Dougal and Una were outside all afternoon on their bikes and then on the trampoline so they are already doing some exercise. Trampolining is hard work. I got on a couple of days ago and could only manage to jump for about a minute before I was really huffing and puffing and bending over.
